Hey friends!
It's LIGHTNING TALK TIME!!! We're super excited to hear our members' talks. If you can't catch them live, we'll get them up on YouTube afterward. New monthly challenge: March was all about making audio and video content, and we'll be getting resumes ready in April.
💞 Community Kindness
Spotlighting some of the kindness happening in our community.
"Grateful for my dear friends for being very thoughtful and supportive in providing me a year Grammarly subscription! Grateful that I could see my daughter had fun with some friends at indoor playground today! Super grateful for my VC family! I'm very lucky to have you all!"
"This community has been here for me through all of the ups and downs I have had in the last four months, and it daily renews my hope for the future. Thank you thank you thank you for all you do. I don't know where I'd be without you."
"I am grateful all over again for this community of whole people to help me create and maintain perspective on what has been an exhausting but ultimately mostly rewarding week."
"Grateful for me VC friends, and that working in open source means I get to give my work away for free which is extremely cool."

March Recap
Monthly challenge ->All About AV!
We spent the month of March creating cool video content and sharing knowledge with others.
VC Phase Three
It’s almost been two years since the first Virtual Coffee happened. We’ve met so many new friends, learned and grew together, and formed into the welcoming community we have today.
As we move into this third year of Virtual Coffee, the maintainers--with the help of a team of invested community members--have made the decision to pause new membership while we work on finding the best ways to support our existing community and define what the new year will look like for us all.
